So apparently there’s some gameplay footage of FFXIV 2.0 already out there. A presentation released earlier today has found its way up on Youtube, and although it’s low quality, we get to follow a dragoon around thought the game world, watch him battle, watch him ride a chocobo a with his buddy, and get into other shenanigans.
Itching for more FFXIV news at Gamescom 2012? New screenshots and concept art have surfaced today, and you can see more of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn in all its updated graphical glory. The screenshots depict a variety of gameplay elements, including pieces of the ui, characters in battle, explosive battle effects, and jumping chocobos. Including in this batch is concept art of Elezen racial armor, similar to the Hyur and Miqo’te racial armor shown at Japan Expo 2012. Screenshot gallery after the jump.
